The Sound Visualiser responds to the sounds around it, transforming something invisible into something that can be seen.

The installation captures surrounding voices and environmental sound, analysing the incoming audio and translating its characteristics into movement, colour and intensity. As the sound changes, the visual composition changes with it, creating a constantly evolving artwork.

The system can also be connected directly to music, allowing a track to become the source of the visual experience. Different frequencies, rhythms and changes in intensity influence the patterns produced across the display.

This makes the installation inherently interactive. There is no single fixed visual output. The people, conversations and sounds within the space become part of the artwork itself.
